False positive. github.com/elastic/beats/v7 is pinned via Go pseudo-version v7.0.0-alpha2.0.20260617201157-c303f0f3309f, whose semver base (v7.0.0-alpha2) sorts below the fixed version 7.17.16, causing grype/govulncheck to flag it. The pinned commit c303f0f3309f (2026-06-17) postdates the fix commit 9bd7de84 (2023-12-07). Verified libbeat/processors/script/javascript/session.go at c303f0f3309f no longer contains the sensitive-logging line ("event", mapstr.M{"original": b.Fields.String()}) removed by the fix — the shipped code is post-fix.
