Impact

The vulnerable code is a copy of aiohttp bundled inside the Ray wheel's runtime-env agent and loaded first on that agent's import path; the package's primary runtime copy is already on the fixed release. This bundled copy can only be updated by a future Ray release built against the fixed aiohttp.
