Impact

Fixed only in starlette >=1.1.0 (1.x line). opal pins starlette<1 + pydantic<2 (incl. master and 0.9.7-rc.1), so the fix needs an upstream pydantic v2 / starlette 1.x migration. Same as CVE-2026-48710.
