Impact

This vulnerability relates to the quarkus-vertx component used by Keycloack. A fixed version of quarkus-vertx already exists (3.20.4) but Keycloack upstream has not yet upgraded to this fixed version in the main branch. Attempting to upgrade this dependency in Keycloack by hand results in build failures, specifically related to interdependencies with the hibernate package. Upstream seems aware of the need to upgrade, and have a public ticket open about it: https://github.com/keycloak/keycloak/issues/40736 Awaiting for fix / backport from upstream to address this issue.
