Impact

Loki at v2.9.x directly imports github.com/prometheus/prometheus/tsdb/errors (removed in v0.311.x) and references the parser.ParseMetricSelector API (changed in v0.311.x). Remediating this CVE requires bumping prometheus past v0.311.x, which cannot be applied cleanly until upstream Loki adapts to the new prometheus API.
