This vulnerability is in the file store tar extraction of oras.land/oras-go/v2, fixed in 2.6.2. The shipped binary contains only the separate v1 module oras.land/oras-go v1.2.5, and from it links the in-memory and registry content stores but not the v1 file store or its tar extraction code, so no comparable extraction path is present.
