Impact

The fix requires go.opentelemetry.io/otel/sdk v1.45.0, whose default resource uses semantic conventions schema 1.43.0. mcp-grafana 1.5.1 merges it with a resource built on schema 1.40.0 in observability/observability.go, which fails at startup, so the fixed module cannot be used without source changes. The upstream update is proposed in https://github.com/grafana/mcp-grafana/pull/1214 and has not been merged or released yet. We will ship the fix with the first mcp-grafana release that includes it.
