Vulnerable code not in execute path

Impact

The users crate is only consumed by fuser 0.6.0, whose sole use is users::get_current_uid()/get_current_gid() (fuser-0.6.0/src/fuse_sys.rs:358-359), thin wrappers over getuid(2)/getgid(2). The vulnerable supplementary-group/group-access-list functions (introduced in users 0.8.0) are never called, and toda itself does not use the crate.
