Impact

This vulnerability requires a version of at least v3.30.15 and neo4j-5.26 is currently on v3.21.0. In between v3.21.0 and v.3.30.15, jline-reader changed the arguments required for org.jline.terminal.impl.ExecPty which neo4j-5.26 uses. Thus a bump to the fixed version of jline-reader causes build failures.
