Status

Pending upstream fix

Impact

The vulnerable logging classes are relocated and bundled inside a prebuilt monitoring-agent fat jar shipped within an unpacked search-engine distribution. The classes are physically present rather than merely declared, and no dependency bump can rewrite them because the build never compiles that artifact. Fixed releases exist upstream at 2.25.5 and 2.26.1, and the copies on the two build-reachable surfaces were already raised to 2.26.1, but the search engine pins the agent at 1.55.6 across its released and development branches.
