This CVE is a false-positive. The scanner is mis-categorizing the VS Code handlebars syntax highlighting extension (vscode/extensions/handlebars/package.json) as the npm handlebars templating library. The detected component is a VS Code built-in extension for .hbs file syntax highlighting, not the vulnerable handlebars templating engine. handlebars does not appear in GitLab's yarn.lock, package.json, or Gemfile.lock.
