Impact

The fix requires updating github.com/sigstore/cosign/v2 from v2.5.0 to v2.6.2. Upstream has applied this fix in main branch (commit 1e6b39b3), but it requires coordinated updates of 300+ dependencies including Kubernetes libraries (k8s.io/api, k8s.io/apimachinery, k8s.io/client-go: v0.32.3 → v0.34.1). Attempting to bump only cosign causes build failures due to transitive dependency conflicts. Waiting for upstream to release v0.14.1 or v0.15.0 which will include the security fix with all necessary dependency updates.
