Impact
The nemo-rl-cuda-13.0-mooncake subpackage installs the prebuilt Mooncake transfer engine wheel, mooncake-transfer-engine-cuda13 0.3.13.post1, which is the latest release. That wheel ships libetcd_wrapper.so, a Go etcd client library that upstream builds with google.golang.org/grpc v1.82.1. The grpc version can only change by rebuilding that library, so remediation requires a Mooncake release whose libetcd_wrapper.so is built with grpc v1.82.2, v1.83.2 or later.
