Impact

Bumping otel exporters to fixed versions forces a transitive bump of the otel/log family (sdk/log, stdoutlog, log) which cascades into the kube-openapi/k8s-apimachinery graph and breaks grafana-apiserver startup ("cannot find model definition for io.k8s.apimachinery.pkg.apis.meta.v1.TypeMeta"). Pending upstream patch in 12.3.x.
