Impact

github.com/rclone/rcloneis used by telegraf'sremotefile output plugin solely for VFS file operations. The vulnerable RC HTTP server (fs/rc/rcserver) is never imported or started by telegraf(arguabally unexploitable in this context). Bumping rclone to v1.73.5 (the minimum fix) requires patching telegraf's source to remove a removed API (fs.LogOutput`), which telegraf upstream has not yet done. Pending upstream fix.
