Impact

The fix requires a newer major version of the cryptography library, but the current upstream release pins an exact version of its auth dependency whose own floor caps cryptography below the fixed version. No compatible combination exists until the upstream auth dependency or the CLI itself relaxes this constraint. Revisit on the next upstream release.
