Impact
Fix requires cryptography>=48.0.1 (GHSA-537c-gmf6-5ccf, vulnerable OpenSSL bundled in cryptography wheels). This package is built against a FIPS-linked OpenSSL configuration, for which a compatible cryptography build meeting this version is not yet available. Blocked until a fixed build compatible with this configuration is published.
