Impact

Upgrading cosign v2.2.4 to fixed v2.6.2 causes build failure. Reports-server v0.1.6 code incompatible with cosign v2.6.2's newer k8s.io/api dependencies (missing k8s.io/api/resource/v1alpha2). Waiting for upstream reports-server update.
