Impact

datadog-agent-7.78 vendors github.com/docker/docker v28.5.2+incompatible as a transitive dependency pinned by upstream. Remediation requires a major-version upgrade (v28 → v29) of github.com/docker/docker, which upstream datadog-agent has not adopted and cannot be applied via routine dependency bump without upstream code changes for the v29 Docker API.
