Impact

rubyzip 2.4.1 is required by chef-winrm-fs 1.4.2 (rubyzip ~> 2.0), the latest release, which inspec pulls in through train-winrm 0.4.3. The fixed version 3.4.0 cannot be installed while chef-winrm-fs constrains rubyzip to 2.x. The fix depends on a chef-winrm-fs release that permits rubyzip 3.x.
