Impact

Netty 4.1.108.Final is resolved transitively through gRPC in upstream kserve/modelmesh. Upgrading netty independently breaks the version alignment between netty and gRPC, causing runtime failures. A fix requires upstream kserve/modelmesh to update its gRPC dependency, which would pull in a newer netty transitively. Awaiting an upstream release with updated gRPC/netty dependencies.
