Bumping github.com/docker/docker to v28.0.0 resulting build failure due to type incompatibilities, upstream should migrate to newer version of Docker dependency: "cannot use true (constant of type bool) as client.ImageLoadOption value in argument to c.ImageLoad: bool does not implement client.ImageLoadOption (missing method Apply)"
