Impact

Flaw in the CPython stdlib zipfile module (python/cpython#156002); no dependency to bump. Fixed upstream in GH-156003; 3.12 backport GH-156739, open. python-3.12 ships 3.12.14, the latest 3.12 release, which predates the fix. Waiting for the next upstream 3.12 release. See https://github.com/python/cpython/pull/156003
