Impact

Cannot fix CVE-2026-24137 in reports-server v0.1.6 due to upstream dependency constraints. The vulnerability affects github.com/sigstore/sigstore@v1.8.3, which is brought in transitively via github.com/kyverno/kyverno@v1.12.0-rc.4. The fix is available in sigstore@v1.10.4, included in kyverno@v1.17.0. Attempting to upgrade to kyverno@v1.17.0 causes breaking dependency conflicts with k8s.io/api packages (v0.35.1 lacks required v1alpha2/v1alpha1 APIs).
