Fixed by bumping github.com/prometheus/prometheus to v0.311.3 — the GHSA-wg65-39gg-5wfj firstPatchedVersion (vulnerable range < 0.311.3; fix PR prometheus/prometheus#18590) — via chainguard-dev/stereo#89228, effective at 9.2.7-r9. Verified via syft that /usr/bin/agentbeat carries prometheus v0.311.3 in both the apk and the elastic-agent-fips image. Residual grype apk-scan hits are a version-scheme false positive (go-module v0.311.3 vs prometheus product fix 3.11.3), tracked in https://linear.app/chainguard/project/go-module-cpe-matching-in-cg-scan-apk-566174ea5be5/overview
