Impact

litellm switched from version ranges to pinned versions for a number of shared dependencies in v1.83.7 (the fixed version). Moving to the fixed litellm would require downgrading other packages and introducing other security risks. Upstream maintainers will need to resolve these dependency inconsistencies.
