netty-codec-http 4.1.136.Final is bundled (shaded and relocated) inside Apache Ratis ratis-thirdparty-misc 1.1.0, the latest release, and cannot be upgraded separately from it. Upstream has moved to netty 4.2.18 on its development branch, but no ratis-thirdparty release includes the fix yet.
