Impact

Netty 4.1.131 is shaded inside hbase-shaded-client-2.6.6.jar, relocated to org.apache.hbase.thirdparty.io.netty, so a dependency bump cannot reach it. hbase-thirdparty 4.1.14 is the newest release and still bundles 4.1.131. A fix requires upstream HBase to release hbase-thirdparty with Netty >= 4.1.137.
