Impact

Bumping prometheus to v0.311.3 (fix for GHSA-8rm2-7qqf-34qm) requires source patches because pyroscope-1.17 imports parser.ParseMetricSelector which was removed in prometheus v3. The fix would need either non-trivial consumer patching to use parser.ParseExpr with adapted return types, or upgrading pyroscope to a version with native prometheus v3 promql/parser support. Waiting on upstream pyroscope.
