Upstream has not backported this fix to 6.18. The fix for CVE-2026-64079 (netfilter: x_tables: allocate hook ops while under mutex) has only been applied to 7.0.11 and later; no 6.18.y release contains it. x_tables is built in every Chainguard kernel configuration (CONFIG_NETFILTER_XTABLES=m/y), so the code is shipped.
