Impact

The bundled Jetty is on the 10.0 line, which terminates at 10.0.26 on Maven Central. The 10.0.31 release named as the fix is distributed only through a commercial extended-support programme and was never published to a public repository, so there is no upgrade target on this line. A public fix is available only in Jetty 12; upstream migrated to it in its next major line and has not backported that migration to this one.
