Impact

The affected netty classes are bundled (shaded and relocated) inside the prebuilt Apache Ratis thirdparty uber-jar that this package depends on. The standalone netty jars have been updated, but this does not affect the shaded copy, and no released ratis-thirdparty version yet bundles a netty release that includes this fix (the latest, 1.0.11, ships netty 4.1.130.Final). Pending an upstream Apache Ratis release that shades the fixed netty.
