Vulnerable code not in execute path

Impact

docker/docker at v28.5.2 is the highest release on that module path (fix moved to github.com/moby/moby/v2 which needs upstream CDI source migration). Verified via 'go tool nm' that cdi-importer only pulls symbols from api/types/versions for version-string parsing — none of the vulnerable code paths are reachable from any CDI binary.
