Impact

Upgrading runc to the fixed version 1.2.8 leads to build failures. Since the latest upstream release is 1.19 and older versions are no longer supported, it’s unlikely that this issue will be resolved upstream. It’s recommended to upgrade to gosu version 1.19 or newer.
