Impact

Logstash 9.4.7 and 9.5.4 require rubyzip 1.x, and the fix is only available in rubyzip 3.4.0 and later. rubyzip 3.0 changed its API, so moving to it requires changes to Logstash's own zip handling code. Upstream Logstash has made that change on its 9.4 and 9.5 branches, but it is not yet in a tagged release.
