Impact

grpc v1.79.3 bump causes go mod tidy to pull envoyproxy/go-control-plane v1.36.0+ which reorganized package paths. consul/troubleshoot/proxy imports old paths (e.g. go-control-plane/contrib/envoy/extensions/filters/http/squash/v3) that no longer exist in the new module split. Requires upstream maintainers of hashicorp/consul to update envoy control-plane imports.
