Impact
Django 4.2.30 is the final release of the Django 4.2 LTS series, which reached end of extended support on 2026-04-07, and the fix is available only in Django 5.2.16 and later. OpenStack Horizon 2025.2 requires Django>=4.2,<4.3, so the 5.2 series cannot be installed until a Horizon release widens that range.
