Vulnerable code not in execute path

Impact

The vulnerability is in Spring's XsltView class and is only exploitable when an application renders responses through XsltView. ActiveMQ includes spring-webmvc only for its web console, which routes requests to ActiveMQ's own controller classes; neither ActiveMQ's source code nor its web console configuration references XsltView, so the vulnerable code is never executed.
