Impact

Remediation requires containerd v1.7.36; no 1.6.x release includes the fix. Upstream's v2.11 line pins containerd v1.6.27 and docker v20.10.27, which fails to compile with containerd 1.7.x (undefined sys.RunningInUserNS). Upstream must move v2.11 off docker 20.10 before containerd can be bumped.
