Upstream fix in main (commit d22922c8) conflicts with the existing CVE-2026-4519 cherry-pick on python-3.12 in Lib/test/test_webbrowser.py. The 3.12 backport PR https://github.com/python/cpython/pull/148519 is open and mergeable but not yet merged to the 3.12 branch.
