Impact

This vulnerability requires the wsrep_provider and wsrep_notify_cmd system variables, which exist only in builds carrying the Galera wsrep patch. That code has never been part of Percona Server for MySQL: no wsrep system variable is registered and no build option exists to enable one, and upstream attributes the fix to Percona XtraDB Cluster. The detection comes from a CPE whose upper bound is a date rather than a release version, so every version compares as affected.
