rustls-webpki 0.102.8 is pulled into wadm via wasmcloud-control-interface → async-nats ^0.39 → rustls-webpki ^0.102. GHSA-82j2-j2ch-gfr8 is only patched in 0.103.13 (no 0.102.x backport). The latest wasmcloud-control-interface (3.0.1) still pins async-nats ^0.39, and async-nats <0.47 caps rustls-webpki at ^0.102. Cannot fix until wasmcloud upstream bumps async-nats.
