Impact

aiohttp 3.13.5 is vendored inside ray 2.55.1 wheels at ray/_private/runtime_env/agent/thirdparty_files and is loaded by Ray's runtime-env agent via sys.path. Ray vendors an unpinned aiohttp snapshot at wheel build time (ray-project/ray python/setup.py), so this copy can only be fixed by a future ray release built after aiohttp 3.14.0.
