Impact

This component is bundled inside the pre-built ZAP "network" add-on at /zap/plugin/network-beta-0.28.0.zap. The add-on is fetched pre-built from the ZAP marketplace during the build, so its embedded dependencies cannot be reached through dependency management and this cannot be remediated in this build. Awaiting a published ZAP network add-on that bundles a fixed netty. Upstream zap-extensions currently pins the affected netty release: https://github.com/zaproxy/zap-extensions/blob/main/gradle/libs.versions.toml
