Impact

Fixed upstream in grpc-go v1.83.1, but adopting that version requires grafana/dskit's health-check server to implement a new List method that the currently-vendored dskit release lacks. The dskit releases that add this method require other API changes incompatible with this codebase's existing usage, and no upstream release has reconciled the two. This remains pending an upstream update that resolves the health-check interface change without breaking other dependency usage.
