Scanner incorrectly identified the VS Code "handlebars" built-in language extension as the npm handlebars JavaScript templating library. The detected file at vscode/extensions/handlebars/package.json belongs to a TextMate grammar contribution (publisher: "vscode") that provides .hbs/.handlebars syntax highlighting via language-configuration.json and syntaxes/Handlebars.tmLanguage.json; it ships no JavaScript runtime code and contains none of the template-compilation logic vulnerable to this CVE. Verified by inspecting upstream microsoft/vscode extensions/handlebars/ contents.
