Impact

jackson-databind 2.22.2 is bundled inside the ZAP add-on bundle /zap/plugin/commonlib-release-1.44.0.zap. ZAP add-ons are installed as pre-built bundles from the upstream ZAP add-on marketplace, so the embedded jar cannot be updated independently. CVE-2026-91776 requires jackson-databind 2.22.3 or later. commonlib-release-1.44.0 is still the newest commonlib add-on that upstream publishes for ZAP 2.17 (zap-admin ZapVersions-2.17.xml), and the zap-extensions main branch still pins jackson-bom 2.22.2. Remediation depends on the upstream ZAP commonlib add-on being released with jackson-databind 2.22.3 or later.
