pnpm-stage0 is a stage-0 package pinned at pnpm 8.7.4 and marked frozen by its own update policy (update.enabled: false; exclude-reason: "don't auto update stage 0 packages"). It is being excluded from automated CVE remediation via the cve-remediation bot's skipped_origin_packages list (https://github.com/chainguard-dev/mono/pull/46331), consistent with the other stage-0/bootstrap packages gradle-stage0 and maven-stage0. Fix not planned.
