Impact

The fix for this CVE exists on starting from branch version 1.30, and the fix for the 1.29 branch is currently being worked on, see: https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/azuredisk-csi-driver/pull/2877 - since there are lots of codechanges and other library version bumps, we need to wait for upstream to backport a fix to 1.28 as well.
