Impact

A fix is available in netty 4.1.135.Final, but adopting it triggers a regression in netty's TLS handshake handling that breaks the package's FIPS HTTPS endpoint. The bump cannot be shipped until the upstream netty/reactor-netty TLS regression is resolved.
